Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy To ensure fairness and consistency, all sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to the following terms: - Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule without charge. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session will be charged the full amount, with no refund. - In the case of group bookings (schools, communities, or clubs), the same policy applies per session unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergencies at our discretion. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
