Eminence was born from that same belief. I’m Emily - a boxing coach, mindset mentor, and herbal nutritionist. I’ve spent years in spaces where people were underestimated, overlooked, or simply unsure of their own power. I’ve seen how mindset shifts everything. I’ve seen how the right support can change the game - not just in sport, but in life. That’s why I started This Is Eminence.
