We bring raw energy, real talk, and real results to the heart of the community. In amateur clubs, schools, and local centres, we do more than run sessions, we shift mindsets. We teach the game, but we also teach focus, resilience, and self-belief. Whether it’s through sport, athlete education, or one-to-one guidance, we help people realise their potential and own it.

Athlete Education

Training is only half the story, especially for female athletes. Too many are pushing through pain, under-fuelling, and breaking down, all because no one ever taught them how their body really works.
We’re here to flip the script. To give athletes the knowledge they should’ve had from day one, about their bodies, their minds, and how to protect both.
Because real strength starts with understanding.

Founder of Eminence Empowered CIC, Emily is a dynamic boxing coach, mindset mentor, motivational speaker, and herbal nutritionist. She empowers individuals to rise strong, own their story, and lead with confidence - in and out of the ring.

Chloe is a professional boxer and former amateur standout, with multiple national titles under her belt. She’s proudly represented England and Great Britain on the international stage and is a Commonwealth champion known for her skill, resilience, and relentless drive.

Kei is a creative force with a sharp eye for detail and a unique vision, he brings powerful narratives to life behind the camera. As a director, actor and visual thinker, Kei adds depth, creativity, and fresh energy to every project he touches.

Georgia O'Connor Cardinali

A true pioneer for health and living life to it's full potential. Georgia was a pro boxer who also represented England and GB. She inspired many through her passion, purpose, and fearless pursuit of her dreams. Taken by cancer at just 25, her legacy continues to light the way for others to live boldly, healthily and with meaning.

Elle Edwards

A beautiful soul taken far too soon in a tragic act of gun violence. Elle’s life and loss highlight the devastating effects of anti-social behaviour and community violence. Her memory fuels our mission to tackle gun and knife crime, and to build safer, more hopeful spaces for the next generation.

Jazmine Smith

Jaz was a vibrant light, full of heart and creativity. Her passing through suicide is a powerful reminder of the silent battles so many face. This CIC stands in her memory - to break the stigma around mental health, create safe spaces for healing, real help and ensure no one feels alone in their struggles.

Elle Edwards Charity Football Match

In honour of Elle Edwards, Eminence Empowered CIC proudly took part in a powerful charity football match dedicated to raising awareness around gun and knife crime. Our founder, Emily Harding, not only coached the team on the day but also designed the custom kit through the Eminence brand - symbolising strength, unity, and remembrance.

The event brought communities together in Elle’s memory, using sport as a force for change and a message of hope. Through initiatives like this, we continue to stand against violence and work towards safer, more connected futures for all.
